This set includes a high-capacity transfer bench designed to help users enter and exit a bathtub safely. The seat features a 360-degree swivel mechanism, allowing the user to turn easily without straining. Additionally, the seat slides along the aluminum frame, making the transition over the tub wall much smoother and more controlled.
The bench is built to support up to 450 lbs, making it one of the more robust options available for bariatric support. It features a foam-padded seat and backrest for increased comfort during use, along with pivoting arms that can be moved out of the way for easier transfers. The height is adjustable to match various tub and user requirements.
Safety is a priority with this design, as it minimizes the need for the user to lift their legs over the tub wall while standing. The aluminum frame is lightweight yet strong and will not rust when exposed to water. This bench is a significant aid for those with mobility challenges who want to continue using their standard bathtub.
